Oliver! By ACT1 Theatre at Alpharetta Presbyterian Church

ACT1 presents "Oliver!," by Lionel Bart, based on Charles Dickens' Oliver Twist, by permission of Tams-Witmark.

The musical adaptation of Charles Dickens' classic tale of an orphan on the run who hooks up with a group of boys trained to be pickpockets by an elderly mentor, Fagin. Wrongly accused of a theft, he meets a more kindly gentleman who takes him in, to the concern of one of Fagin's old pupils, the violent Bill Sykes. Join Oliver, Nancy, Bet and The Artful Dodger in singing favorites such as “Food, Glorious Food”, “Consider Yourself (One of Us)” and “Oom-Pah-Pah”.

ACT1 brings the pain, laughter and redemption of this timeless tale to life on stage.
