Specializing in aged steaks, fresh seafood, chicken and ribs seared over a wood-fired grill, the company's plans to open its 39th store in Alpharetta will be its first venture into the Peach State.
Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is a collection of polished-casual restaurants known for its bold flavors, warm hospitality and inviting atmosphere, according to a company press release.

Specializing in classic American cuisine grilled over an authentic wood-fired grill, Firebirds heightens the guests’ experience with unexpected delights such as chilled salad plates, meticulous table manicuring and refreshed frozen martini glasses. It was named one of ten 2014 ‘Breakout Brands’ by Nation’s Restaurant News and received a 2015 Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor.
The Alpharetta restaurant will be located at 2665 Old Milton Parkway. Its hours of operation will be 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturdays.
