Fitness Class Uses Hip-Hop, Dance Music to Keep You Moving

Club Vibe is the latest fitness class offered by the Alpharetta Recreation and Parks Department.

Studio style dance meets cutting edge fitness with Club Vibe, a new fitness program being offered by the Alpharetta Recreation and Parks Department.

The class pulls from elements of hip hop, club and pop dance music to keep students moving from start to finish. Participants enjoy burning calories, increasing stamina and getting fit with motivating, multi-level routines that allow you to feel successful.

Residents can enroll now for the next six-week session, which kicks off the week of May 4 at the Wills Park Recreation Center.

Choose to participate one or more days per week. For a flexible schedule, daily drop-ins are also welcome.

Classes are offered on:

· Monday and Wednesday 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

· Wednesday 8:15 to 9:15 a.m.

· Saturday 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
