Forks & Corks To Benefit North Fulton Community Charities

Guests will enjoy bites and sips from top restaurants at Avalon in Alpharetta.

ALPHARETTA-MILTON, GA - From North Fulton Community Charities: North Fulton Community Charites (NFCC) is returning with its second annual fall fundraiser event Forks & Corks, a food and wine tasting at Avalon, under the stars in The Plaza. This event will take place on Thursday, Sept. 28, and guests will enjoy bites and sips from top restaurants located in the mixed-use community.

For over 30 years, NFCC has provided families living in North Fulton with the basic resources to prevent homelessness and hunger. This event is vital to support comprehensive and compassionate programs and services that are being offered.

The evening is presented by Emory Johns Creek Hospital and begins with a VIP Reception from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at Oak Steakhouse and Colletta. Complimentary valet parking and early entrance are included. General admission to the tasting event begins at 7:00pm where guest will savor popular menu items from local Avalon restaurants and listen to the popular sounds of DJ Rasyrious.

“At Avalon, we’re always excited to give back to the local community and get our fabulous restaurants involved,” said Carla Cox, director of marketing at Avalon. “Forks & Corks is the perfect event to cap off summer and welcome fall under the stars in The Plaza while enjoying savory bites, delicious sips and tunes and benefitting individuals right here in North Fulton.”
