Gov. Nathan Deal has named the following Fulton educators "Master Teachers":

- Alison Smock
- Lindsey Tovrog
- Robert Tyo
- Celeste Wesner

Teachers earn ‘Master Teacher’ certification based on classroom performance on the Criterion-Referenced Competency Test, documented student growth and exemplary professional practices, according to a statement from the governor’s office.
The designation is good for seven years.
