Fulton Science Academy Math Mustangs Won 1st Place at Junior Varsity Level

Fulton Science Academy Private School’s Legendary Math Olympiad Team continues to win 1st place in different Math Tournaments. On Saturday, February 6, 2016, eight of Fulton Science Academy Math Olympiad Team students competed at 2016 Woodstock High School Math Tournament and they won1st place as team at the junior varsity level.

Each member of our team showed a spectacular performance during the competition. Fulton Science Academy middle school students competed against 10th graders and won 1st place as a team! Isnt that amazing?

Congratulations to Holden Watson, Charlie Furniss, Vishaal Ram, Tyler Hecht, Andre Hamelberg, Sparsh Kudrimoti, Mario Machado, and George Wen for their achievement as a team.

Fulton Science Academy Mathletes also won the following individual placements in JV level:

Holden Watson 1st place

Charlie Furniss 3rd place

Vishaal Ram 6th place

Tyler Hecht 11th place

Andre Hamelberg 13th place

2015 Best Novice Team at the Varsity Level of the 2015 Lassiter High School Math Tournament.

1st Place as a Team in the 2015 Luella High School Math Tournament,

1st Place as a Team in Both the Accelerated Division and the Middle School Division at the 2015 War Eagle Math Competition.

1st Place as a Team in the Junior Varsity Level of the 2015 Rockdale Math Competition

2nd Place at the Junior Varsity Level of the 2015 North Fulton High School Math Competition

1st Place as a Team at the 6th grade level of the 2015 Eagle Cup Math Competition

Principal Kenan Sener congratulated students, parents and teachers for this wonderful results and said that It is great to see that their hard work paid off. These students love math. They do not only study math during their class time but also meet during after school hours and weekends regularly. They study together, they camp together, they play together and they win together. The fact that these middle schoolers even won some wards at the varsity level tells a lot about them. Way to go!
