Georgia Brass Band Comes To North Fulton For Special Performance
This traditional British-style brass band will take the stage May 23 at the Roswell Cultural Arts Center.

Fresh off a three city tour through Alabama and Tennessee, the Georgia Brass Band will perform for one night only at the Roswell Cultural Arts Center on Tuesday, May 23 at 8 p.m.
The ensemble, a traditional British-style brass band that includes professional musicians from the Atlanta area, is one of the state’s cultural treasures and its performances have thrilled audiences since 1999.
“The Georgia Brass Band is delighted to return to North Fulton, where we are always greeted by enthusiastic audiences,” said Joe Johnson, co-founder and conductor of the band. “Brass band music is exciting and our repertoire of American music really showcases the virtuoso playing of some of the best performers in the Southeast.”

The program will feature a wide variety of works by prominent American composers, including John Williams, Edward MacDowell, and John Philip Sousa.
