In this real estate market, two brains are better than one

In this rapidly changing real estate market, wouldn't it be helpful to have a team of Realtors working on your behalf?

Say: one with deep experience in mortgage lending to help you navigate increasingly tricky financing options. And another who was a wiz at sales and data, who could help you assess a home's true value and potential.

Now imagine if those Realtors had lived in the area for over 20 years, were in the top 5 percent of producers in the Atlanta area and were so obsessed with customer service that they had over 80 5-star reviews from clients.

Too good to be true you might be thinking. Well, meet LeeAnn and Phillip Maxwell.

LeeAnn and Phillip run The Maxwell Adventure Team at Century 21 Connect. They're smart, fun, passionate and take a structured and disciplined approach to making sure clients achieve their real estate goals. And they have a 99 percent approval rating from past clients.

To learn what it means to really have an ally in the real estate market, call or visit the Maxwell Adventure Team today.

Now, today's weather:

Today will be beautiful with plenty of sun. The high will be 70 with a low of 47.

Here are the top stories in Alpharetta-Milton today:

  1. Want to enjoy some golf and support the community? The Alpharetta Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament at the Manor Golf & Country Club is next week! The player package includes food, prizes and a VIP after-play celebration. It's not too late to register! (Chamber of Commerce)
  2. The Alpharetta City Council voted to remove the pedestrian scramble at Milton Avenue and Canton Street in downtown Alpharetta. It was created in August 2021 to make it easier for pedestrians to cross in all directions, including diagonally. However, it caused considerable traffic backups for motorists, and it will be changed to a traditional crosswalk. (City of Alpharetta)
  3. Traffic along the north part of I-285 will be bad over the next 8 months due to construction and lane closures. The Sandy Springs police are using response vehicles to help deal with traffic emergencies. Their goal is to keep people safe and take care of any incidents before they cause any extreme backups. Motorists are encouraged to use traffic apps to determine the best routes when going to the perimeter area. (Fox 5)
