GSU Small Business Development Center introduces StartSmart for aspiring entrepreneurs in Atlanta!

GSU's Small Business Development Center StartSmart program will help you launch a business built for today's challenging times.

The UGA Small Business Development Center at Georgia State University is hosting a Signature Series for new entrepreneurs called StartSMART beginning June 7, 2016.

· Do you know someone with a great idea for a business, but need help to get it going?
· Do you or someone you know already have a business and want to launch a new location or venture?
· Have they recently started a business and realized there are a few business fundamentals that they need to work on?
· Do you need to develop a solid business plan so that you can get funding for your business?

If you answered YES to any of the questions, then you won’t want them to miss our SBDC signature series called StartSMART.

Each Tuesday for 8 weeks, entrepreneurs can learn to plan and analyze their vision by creating a thoroughly researched and tested business plan. The course is divided into 8 modules designed to refine and focus on the key areas of business needed for success. StartSMART is a facilitated learning environment; all sessions are led by experienced SBDC facilitators who help create a unique and powerful learning experience.

There is an application process in which we do our best to eliminate competitors so that each entrepreneur can feel free to openly discuss their business with the class and guest speakers. So apply today before your competitor gets your spot.

The StartSMART signature series is normally $495, but thanks to a state-wide sponsorship from Wells Fargo right now there are a limited quantity of $300 tuition defrayments available making the cost of the class only $195. After your application is submitted, if you are accepted into the course and qualify for a tuition defrayment you will receive a promo code to be used at checkout.
