Inspector Call Center Hires Scheduling Specialist

Duluth resident joins the Inspector Call Center team to schedule real estate inspections for customers and inspectors.

Inspector Call Center today announced the hiring of Michelle Moses as another scheduling specialist for its team.
Michelle makes outbound calls and takes inbound calls five days a week. She provides inspection support services to our customers and inspectors, using her 15 years of experience on the job.
Her prior experience includes inside/outside sales and marketing, new business development, new hire recruiting and acquisitions in various markets and in customer service. She also implemented and initiated new strategies in business development to retain new business.
Michelle has earned an Associate’s degree in Business Management and Accounting from the University of Phoenix.
Inspector Call Center is a full-service, back-office inspection services’ company based locally in Atlanta. The company focuses primarily on the following services:
• Selling inspections
• Providing customer service
• Following up on Referrals
• Selling add-on services
• Arranging third-party services
