Lucky Leprechaun is Coming to Town

Thanks to the creative efforts of two Johns Creek moms, children can learn a lesson about treating others with kindness and respect via a St. Patrick's Day-themed book, "Lucky the Leprechaun." 

Samantha Strum Brown and Risa Rae Ramji not only wrote "Lucky" to teach some valuable life lessons, but also included fun activities to engage children: Materials for building a "leprechaun trap" are included, and activities such as coloring and connect-the-dots sheets can be purchased via a CD or downloaded from the book's website.

Once the two authors started publicizing the self-published book, libraries such as Ocee and Spruill Oaks jumped on board to host book-signings, activity hours and storytimes.
