The woman said she was shopping during the afternoon of Oct. 13 when she “felt a male hovering very closely to her person,” according to an incident report released by Milton police.

When she turned around to confront the man, “she noticed he had his phone on the ground underneath her gray dress, clicking the side button very rapidly,” the report states.

“She advised that when she turned around, the male ran off and that she was unable to confront him,” the report goes on to say.

Milton police spokesperson Lt. Charles Barstow said police were able to track down the suspect’s identity by a transaction he made while at Target.

Fulton County Jail records show Arora was booked into their facility on Wednesday, Oct. 21 and was released on a $7,500 bond the following day.
