🌱Milton Author Book Signing + Milton Spring Recreation

The quickest way to get caught up on the most important things happening today in Alpharetta-Milton.

Hello again, everybody. It's Tuesday in Alpharetta-Milton and I'm back in your inbox to get you caught up on the most important things happening in our community. In this issue, you'll find news about:

  • Milton's Karen White is holding a book signing at Poe & Company Bookstore
  • Sign up for Milton Spring recreation
  • Bikes for Kids is still accepting donations
  • Atlanta holiday celebrations

Today's newsletter is sponsored by the Maxwell Adventure Team of Century 21 Connect Realty

How did this local real estate team get over 80 5-star reviews from clients?

  • "The most responsive, thorough and results-driven agents I've ever worked with"
  • "Beyond fantastic"
  • "Knowledgeable, professional and responsive"
  • "Impressive"
  • "Highly recommended"

That's just a sampling of what clients say about local Realtors LeeAnn and Phillip Maxwell of the Maxwell Adventure Team. How do they get such raves?

It helps that they've lived in the area for over 25 years and are experts in the local market.

And also that they have complementary skills: LeeAnn spent years in the mortgage industry and can help clients navigate tricky financing challenges. Phillip is data-driven and can help buyers and sellers assess value by the numbers.

But the real reason for the raves is this: the Maxwells are obsessed with customer service.

For buyers, that means a 16-step process to help you find a dream home that works with your finances. For sellers, it means concierge-level service that includes a pre-listing inspection, free professional staging, photography and marketing materials. And for both, it means having the skills, temperament and experience to get deals done — which is why The Maxwell Adventure Team is routinely in the top 5% of producers in the Atlanta area.

  3. There's still time to donate bikes to Alpharetta's Bikes for Kids. This program provides bikes and trikes to North Fulton Community Charities (NFCC). • More good news for Alpharetta and Milton motorists — Georgia gas prices continue to drop. According to the weekly press release from Montrae Waiters, the spokeswoman for AAA – The Auto Club Group, Georgia drivers are now paying an average of $3.04 per gallon for regular unleaded gasoline. "Georgia pump prices are drifting lower as crude oil continues to decline," said Waiters. "The main reason for the fall is the decline in oil prices. Crude is the single largest factor influencing gas prices, accounting for more than half of what drivers pay at the pump." (Cobb County Courier)
