Milton Community Egg Hunt Set For Saturday

MILTON, GA -- Grab your Easter baskets and get ready for a day of fun as the city of Milton's Community Egg Hunt returns this weekend.

This family event kicks off at 10 a.m. Saturday March 26 at Friendship Community Park.
Egg hunts will begin at 10:15 a.m. for children 0-3 years, followed by egg hunts for children 4-6 years and 7-10 years old. Games, inflatables, face painting, music and a visit from the Easter Bunny will be a part of the festivities ending at noon.

"Partnering with Milton's faith-based, business and recreation communities gives this fun event a great small town feel," said Courtney Spriggs, community outreach coordinator for the city of Milton. "Crabapple Community Association, Crabapple First Baptist Church and other local businesses and recreation providers have come together to bring an old fashioned egg hunt to the community."
SNAP Franks and Coneys and SnoBayou Handcrafted SnoBalls will be at the park with treats for sale, and the Milton police and fire departments will be on hand to display their vehicles and equipment.
The Community Egg Hunt is free, and no sign up is necessary. Friendship Park is located at 12785 Birmingham Highway.
