Milton, Fulton Leaders Break Ground on New Library
The Milton branch is part of the Library Building Program, which includes eight new libraries and two expanded libraries throughout Fulton County.
Milton and Fulton County leaders teamed up with members of the Georgia General Assembly, Atlanta-Fulton Public Library Foundation and the Fulton County Library Board of Trustees to break ground on the new library slated to come to Crabapple.
The groundbreaking was held last Thursday at the intersection of Charlotte Drive and Mayfield Road, which is where the library will be constructed.
Fulton County Commissioners purchased the land for $1.1 million in June 2012.
