MILTON, GA -- Looking for a home away from home for your 4-legged friends?

Join Better Together, Milton's citizen volunteer committee, to learn more about Countryside Pet Estates.

This free business connection event will take place from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, April 30 at Countryside Pet Estates at 2540 Hopewell Road.

Everyone in the community is invited to attend the event.

"Each of these events creates new connections," said Wayne Boston, community builder for the city of Milton. "Whether its health, food, lifestyle or fashion, we're trying to bring something for everyone and introduce the community to local businesses."

Peg Engleka, founder/owner/operator of Countryside Pet Estates, said the event will also provide residents a chance to tour the boarding facility, daycare and grooming and training areas of the business.

Additionally, the first 10 registered guests will receive a Countryside Pet Estates t-shirt. There will also be giveaways such as overnight boardings, gift cards and a custom pet portrait. Boy Scout Troop 3000 will be on hand with hot dogs and drinks for sale.

Businesses in Milton are encouraged to contact Boston at 678-242-2512 or wayne.boston@cityofmiltonga.us if they would be willing to host an event in order to introduce their particular product or service to our residents. Better Together will then work with the business to plan an event that will be educational, productive and enjoyable to all.
