The agency said that around 12:15 a.m. Saturday, Gallagher and Winter -- all graduates of Milton High School -- allegedly assaulted another man at a party at a home on Powers Court Avenue.

The victim, who police say was a Lambert High School graduate, received multiple injuries from the fight and had to be transported to the hopsital for treatment.

“The motive for the assault is unclear, but some witnesses, and one of the suspects, state the fact that the victim did not graduate from Milton High School played a role,” the agency told Patch.

Lambert High School is in Forsyth County.

Gallagher was booked on the Fulton County Jail on Aug. 4 and have been released on a $12,500 bond.

Winter was booked into the Fulton County Jail Aug. 4 on a $12,500 bond and as of midday Wednesday, he has not been released.
