Milton's Gateway Sign Reported Stolen
The sign was posted on the fence in front of Broadwell Pavilion in Crabapple.
MILTON, GA -- The city of Milton is hoping residents will help them locate a gateway sign that's been stolen from a well-known location.
The sign, which reads "Welcome to the City of Milton," has gone missing, the city said Sunday on its Facebook page. The sign was posted on the fence along Broadwell Road in front of Broadwell Pavilion.
"Traditional efforts to recover it have stalled, but the investigation continues," the city said.

Milton, which said the signs are costly and "so are theft charges," says that since it's in the holiday spirit, anyone who has the sign can return it to the pavilion with "no questions asked."
