Moms, Sons Can Bond Over Creepy, Crawly Reptiles
The city of Alpharetta will host its annual Mother/Son Fun Night Sept. 18 at the Alpharetta Community Center.

Creepy, crawly fun for young boys and their moms will be hosted by Alpharetta Recreation and Parks later this month.

The event, designed for boys ages 5-12, will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 18 at the Alpharetta Community Center.
The annual Mother/Son Fun Night kicks off with a pizza party, followed by an action-packed evening of goofy games and fun activities.

And for the finale: the Reptile Wrangler is bringing nine different creepy crawlies to touch or hold -- if you dare.
Registration for this limited-space event runs through Sept. 16, and the cost is $10 for Alpharetta residents and $15 for non-residents.
