According to the Chapter Organizer, Lady Versonya M. DuPont, “The personal stories of our Ladies and Teens demonstrate their collective desire to serve the homeless, improve the status of women, meet the needs of underserved youth, and partner with like-minded organizations to implement effective programs.”
Chapter President, Lady Alline Clancy stated, “As we implement programs in our major thrusts, which include: Top Teens of America (TTA), Seniors, Status of Women, Beautification, and Community Partnerships, it is imperative that we measure our success, not by the awards or accolades we receive, but by the quality of life improvements that are achieved. Additionally, we’re looking forward to collaborating with other service organizations and corporate partners that have similar missions. This will enable us to have an even greater impact on the lives of those we serve.”
Several corporate sponsors contributed to success of the Chartering Luncheon Celebration and Top Teens Induction Ceremony: Costco Wholesale (Alpharetta), Home Depot (Roswell), Office Depot (Roswell) and the Atlanta Marriott Alpharetta.
