Obituary: Susie Valery Vassy

Susie Valery Vassy, age 55, of Alpharetta, GA passed away Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2013 at her residence.

Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, Oct. 21 at 9 a.m. in the Chapel of Darby Funeral Home. Interment will follow in The Ga. National Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 1-5 p.m. at Darby Funeral Home in Canton, GA.

Mrs. Vassy is survived by her husband, Brooks Vassy of Alpharetta; son, Sean Michael Constable of Cumming; Mother, Mary Slater of Marietta; Brother, Bob(Kay) Slater of Marietta; sisters, Mary Elizabeth Slater of Marietta and Barbara (Barney) Simonson of Woodstock.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bob Slater Sr.

The staff of Darby Funeral Home of Canton is in charge of the arrangements.
