Westside Parkway Reopens After Cement Truck Overturns (UPDATED)
The road was closed on the northbound side just north of Old Milton Parkway Thursday afternoon in Alpharetta.
ALPHARETTA, GA -- All lanes on Westside Parkway have reopened at Old Milton Parkway in Alpharetta after a cement truck overturned Thursday afternoon.
The single-vehicle crash forced the Alpharetta Department of Public Safety to close the northbound side of Westside Parkway just north of Old Milton Parkway to clear the wreckage.
Motorists were asked to avoid the area while crews worked to clean up the debris from the accident.

The driver of the truck was transported to WellStar North Fulton Hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in the accident, said Department of Public Safety spokesperson George Gordon.
