'Perfect Year' Contest Allows Residents To Live Rent Free at Avalon

The $600 million development slated to open along Old Milton Parkway later this month is offering a contest in which one lucky resident will get a year’s worth of free rent in one of its homes.

Avalon’s The Perfect Year contest will give its winner the opportunity to live in a “beautifully furnished luxury rental home, shop for hidden treasures at the best boutiques and retailers, dine at chef-driven restaurants, see every movie in VIP seating, pamper yourself with spa and beauty services, strengthen your body with premium fitness classes, take advantage of a full-service concierge and most of all — savor moment after moment,” according to its website.

“And you’ll share the experience with your followers, giving them envy-inducing glimpses into the timeless art of living well,” the company added.

If you are adventurous, witty, passionate about shopping, dining, and living well, tech-savvy, experienced on social media, and up for a year living in this exclusive community, then you are the perfect candidate for the contest.

To enter, residents are asked to create a one-minute video explaining why they are the perfect person to experience The Perfect Year at Avalon.

Then, go to Avalon’s Facebook page and complete the application with the link to your video on YouTube.
