Police Charge Alpharetta Woman with Ex-Husband's Murder
Brian Pugh died after being shot multiple times Thursday night.

Alpharetta police have arrested charged a woman in the death of her ex-husband, who was found with multiple gunshot wounds after a 911 call to a Serenity Court address Thursday night
Jennifer Pugh, age 48, of Alpharetta, was arrested and charged by detectives with the Alpharetta Department of Public Safety with felony murder.
The Alpharetta 911 center received an emergency call at approximately 6:30 p.m. on April 18 indicating a man needed emergency medical treatment at 120 Serenity Court, Alpharetta.

Police and fire units quickly responded and discovered the man, who was in medical distress at the residence due to multiple gunshot wounds. The male victim, identified as Brian Pugh, age 52, was immediately transported to the North Fulton Hospital. He was pronounced dead at the hospital.
"Based upon an investigation, Alpharetta detectives identified Jennifer Pugh as the shooter. She is the ex-wife of the victim," said George Gordon, spokesman for the Alpharetta Department of Public Safety

Jennifer Pugh is in custody and is currently held without bond at the Fulton County jail.
Gordon said this is an ongoing investigation, so additional information will be released as appropriate.
