Quick Admit Days Scheduled For Gwinnett Tech's Alpharetta Campus
This initiative provides the opportunity for prospective students to move through the admissions process with ease.

Thinking about going to college? Gwinnett Technical College makes it easy to get started.
You’re invited to come to Gwinnett Tech’s Quick Admit Days and become part of the inaugural class at the college’s new campus in Alpharetta, on Old Milton Parkway at GA 400. Classes start on Jan. 6, 2016. The new campus is specifically designed to serve the North Fulton area with Gwinnett Tech’s signature mix of top quality educational programs that prepare students for in-demand careers.
Quick Admit Days are scheduled for Friday, Nov. 13, from 4 to 7 p.m.; Saturday, Nov. 14, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; and Tuesday, Nov. 17, from 4 to 7 p.m. These sessions will be at Reinhardt College, 4100 Old Milton Parkway, Alpharetta, GA 30005. “We want to do all we can to remove obstacles that keep people from applying to college. This ‘one-stop’ event will expedite the enrollment process,” said Dr. Julie Post, vice president of student affairs. “It can be challenging to start back to class after being out of school. Gwinnett Tech wants to make it easy to get started on a degree that will lead to a great career.”
Representatives from recruitment, retention, admissions, advising, financial aid and other departments will be on hand to answer questions and move prospective students through the complete process from application to registration. Prospective students will be able to attend 30-minute info sessions, apply and pay online, sit for COMPASS testing, register for classes and apply for financial aid. To get a head start on the process, prospective students are strongly encouraged to review requirements and complete their applications online prior to attending a Quick Admit Day session (www.gwinnetttech.edu/campus/north-fulton-campus/anf-enrollment-checklist/).

Those attending should bring:
· an official high school transcript
· official college transcript(s), if the applicant has attended college previously
· a driver’s license issued after January 1, 2008, OR, for those who have licenses issued before January 1, 2008, the driver’s license and a certified birth certificate
· COMPASS scores, if available
· the application fee of $25
