• Observed build up of black mold along top interior of ice machine in main kitchen. All food contact surface must be cleaned and sanitized.
• Observed items stored at front food service heat lamp hot holding unit #2 failure to maintain temperatures of 135 degrees F or higher. Items were discarded on site.
• Observed failure to separate dented canned food items from canned food that will but used to serve consumers. Dented canned food items must not be used. Items were corrected on site.
