• Observed that walk in cooler has an internal temperature of 43 degrees F and higher. During the beginning of inspection it has holding at 50 degrees F. After inspection, the temperature decreased to about 43-44 degrees F. CA: Do not use walk in cooler until fixed. Internal temperature needs to be at the 35-39 degrees F range.
