• Cold holding equipment incapable of maintaining potentially hazardous food at proper temperatures. All coolers at all times must be capable of maintaining food products at 41 degrees or below. Cooler drawer needs to be serviced.
• Observed employee with no hair restraint.
• Observed utensils stored in crevices between equipment.
• Establishment operating without a current food service permit.
• Observed standing waster on kitchen floors, and non-smooth areas.
• Observed small flying insects in both the food prep and dishwasher areas.
• A follow-up inspection is scheduled for Sept. 24.
