Roswell, Alpharetta Teachers Are Finalists in North Point Mall Contest

Two finalists have been chosen for North Point Mall's Celebrate Teachers contest.   

Residents can now vote for either first-grade teacher Patty Peagler of Alpharetta Elementary or kindergarten teacher Gwen McCarter of Mountain Park Elementary to receive a $500 mall gift card on National Teacher’s Day, designated for Tuesday, May 6.

"We have some great examples of teachers who affect their students’ lives in really positive and unique ways," said John Liu, North Point Mall’s marketing manager. "I encourage anyone who had a teacher that inspired them during their own education to vote." 

The teacher receiving the most votes on the mall’s Facebook page will receive a $500 Shop Etc. mall gift card on National Teacher’s Day. Votes can be cast from April 10 - 22 on the Facebook page. Official rules can be viewed on the mall's website.
