Runaway Milton Teen Found In California

DUBLIN, CA — A 16-year-old Milton girl who went missing last month was recently discovered in California, according to reports. Liza Nicole Guerrero had been missing since Jan. 26.

"She told friends that she was attempting to arrange transportation to California to be with family," the Milton police department said in its be-on-the-lookout alert issued for the teenager.

Officials did not release details about how she was discovered.

Milton Police Chief Charles Barstow said Guerrero is in good health.
