Salata To Open Restaurant In Alpharetta

ALPHARETTA, GA — Salata is set to open its fourth metro Atlanta location next month in Alpharetta. This new location at 2570 Old Milton Parkway will feature 2,100-square-feet of dining space, with 44 indoor seats and outdoor space.

A gluten-free certified group of restaurants with over 75 locations, Salata not only encourages, but guides patrons toward body wellness through nutrient-rich foods. Guests are able to choose from an array of lettuces, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, seeds, nuts, chicken, seafood and vegan proteins. All dressings, soups and sauces are house-made solidifying Salata’s holistic commitment to health.

“The Alpharetta community is booming with opportunity,” said Jeff Hunter, vice president of operations for Henry Investment Group. “We have been thrilled to see the Greater Atlanta area embrace Salata and we are very much looking forward to introducing our fresh, healthy and quick dining options to Alpharetta.”

Salata, the Houston-based fast-casual salad restaurant, makes the case for inspired intervention by serving fully customizable, tossed-to-order salads and wraps from a selection of more than 50 fresh and pure ingredients including 12 lean proteins such as pesto grilled chicken, baked salmon and falafel. Additional offerings include ten house-made dressings, hand-cut croutons and pita chips, seasoned and baked in house; signature soups such as tomato basil, broccoli and chipotle white bean; and a state-of-the-art beverage station with tea taps.

Taps deliver house-made teas and lemonades through a system resembling that of draft beer. Salata is pleased to offer organic teas such as sweet black tea, tropical green tea and black China, and signature lemonades such as peach lemonade, raspberry lemonade and prickly pear limeade.
