'Say Goodbye To Summer' Bash Returns To Avalon This Weekend
Teachers, students and parents are invited to gather at Avalon's third annual 'Say Goodbye to Summer' bash this weekend.
ALPHARETTA, GA — Before school gets back in session, teachers, students and parents are invited to celebrate the end of the season with Avalon’s third annual "Say Goodbye to Summer" event. The weekend-long, luau-themed bash supporting North Fulton Community Charities will offer complimentary wine for teachers, exclusive restaurant and retailer specials and an abundance of family fun.
“Despite North Fulton gearing up for another school year, the summer fun is far from over at Avalon,” Avalon Marketing Manage Nina DeCristofano said in a news release. “We’re thrilled to invite the community to celebrate the end of the season in true luau style, while also creating an opportunity to support the inspiring efforts of North Fulton Community Charities. We can’t wait to see the Boulevard come to life for a weekend of festivities dedicated to honoring our hardworking teachers, students and families.”
Throughout the weekend, guests can stop by Concierge to pick up complimentary Hawaiian-inspired swag and a stroll map outlining the weekend’s back-to-school deals and in-store happenings. Beginning Friday, Avalon will host a variety of activities, including live music, tiki cocktails from Tito’s Vodka, and exciting activities for kids. All weekend long, teachers can stop by Concierge for a free glass of wine with proof of teacher ID. In the Plaza, King of Pops will pop up with refreshing summer treats, while Six Bridges Brewery will bring cornhole and other fun giveaways.
