Health & Fitness

Take it Outside, Alpharetta!

Now that it’s warming up, it’s time to get out and get fit. Gyms aren’t the only place to challenge your mind and body. Getting outside on a track, trail or hitting a local park can give you a new burst of energy and challenge your body!

I’m Don Chao, Atlanta-based personal trainer and founder of Extreme Rush Apparel, an elite fitness apparel company located in Alpharetta. Because I think getting outside can give you a much-needed boost, I’ve created list of local places to check out for a good workout location and to enjoy some beautiful scenery. Take advantage of steps, bars, hills and other fixtures that can enhance your workout!
