Tex-Mex Restaurant To Open In Alpharetta

Chuy's Alpharetta is seeking to hire 165 full- and part-time staff members for its new restaurant.

ALPHARETTA, GA -- Chuy’s, the Austin-based Tex-Mex restaurant known for its made-from-scratch dishes, margaritas crafted with fresh-squeezed lime juice and eclectic design, is seeking to hire more than 100 new employees for its new Alpharetta location.

The company hopes to fill 165 positions for the restaurant at 2560 Old Milton Parkway slated to open in early December. Chuy’s will hire a variety of full- and part-time positions, including hosts, servers and bartenders. The Tex-Mex restaurant is also looking for talented kitchen staff to help prepare its menu items and signature sauces.

“We are excited to bring our authentic Tex-Mex from Austin to another great Atlanta community,” said Joel Docking, Chuy’s Alpharetta owner and operator. "We are looking for a team of fun and energetic people who are as passionate as we are about serving authentic and fresh food.”

Interested applicants can apply in-person from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday at the Chuy’s hiring trailer located at 159 Park Street in Alpharetta. The newest restaurant will mark the fourth metro Atlanta location. Chuy's has eateries in Dunwoody, Kennesaw and the Akers Mill area in Cobb County.
