A ribbon cutting celebrating the coworking space at 44 Milton Avenue will be held at 5 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 11.

ALPHARETTA, GA — Thrive Coworking on Thursday will open its newest location in Alpharetta. The new facility at 44 Milton Avenue more than triples the available space to 10,000 square feet in the company’s third location.

The new space features indoor and outdoor collaborative workspaces, offices, event space and meeting rooms with high end collaborative and conference technology. A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at 5 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 11.

“Thrive is about something bigger than just offering office space — it's a community and crucial support network for entrepreneurs and startup businesses,” said Thrive CEO Ramon Gonzalez. “This distinction is important because as our facilities grow with this new location, so...do the resources and vibrance of the community.”

Alpharetta has seen impressive growth over the last few years, especially in its ability to attract high-tech companies to the city. Alpharetta is home to 640 businesses that specialize in financial technology, medical technology, software, IT services and houses some 22 data centers, according to statistics provided by Grow Alpharetta.

The simple and scalable office space Thrive provides, combined with startup-centric resources, appeals to startup businesses in the area, the company contends. The ability to live and work in the same community is an attractive option for businesses as the talent market grows more competitive amid falling unemployment.
