The UNCLE BEN’S® Brand recently embarked on its first mobile tasting tour to allow schools and consumers to sample dishes using its famous rice.
On Monday, Oct. 26, the truck will make a stop at Cambridge High School and provide sample whole grain recipes that meet USDA school nutrition standards.

Cambridge High School students will have the ability to taste the Thai Pineapple Rice recipe, and vote if it should be added to the school’s menu.
Cambridge lunch periods run from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
“All grains offered in Fulton County Schools’ menus are whole grain, including brown rice,” said Alyssia Wright, executive director of Fulton County School Nutrition Program. “A Food Truck visit is a fun opportunity to show students that school meal recipes are delicious as well as nutritious.”
