Wesleyan School Alumni Receives '20 under 40' Award

Andrew Moore, a graduate of Peachtree Corners' Wesleyan School, has just been named a 2016 "20 Under 40" award recipient.

Wesleyan graduate, Andrew Moore, has just been named a 2016 “20 Under 40” award recipient. Moore, who graduated from Peachtree Corners’ Wesleyan School in 2003, was recognized for his hard work in his role as the Director of Surgical Services at St. Peter’s Hospital.

Moore, who grew up in Alpharetta, was described by co-workers as someone who remains grounded despite his rapid ascent within the hospital and is praised for his ability to build bridges across the organization. They also site an increase in patient satisfaction scores to Moore’s emphasis on patient rounding where he and his staff prioritize one-on-one time with patients and their families on their care, treatment, and plans following discharge from the hospital.

Despite earning the 20 Under 40 distinction by the Helena, Montana Independent Record, Moore remains humble. “I appreciate the honor of this, but it really is my team,” he said. “I really love this hospital.”

Wesleyan School leaders are thrilled for Moore and proud to see an alumnus continue to live out the school mission at each stage of life.
