A Walk With Grace is Tonight on the Clarke Central Track

Come out for a celebration and fundraiser to benefit Grace Byrne!

They can't make high school senior Grace Byrne recover any faster from the injuries she suffered in January when she was hit by a car crossing Milledge Avenue. But the members of Clarke Central High School's National Honor Society and others in the community can show Grace they love and support her. She is recovering at the Shepherd Center in Atlanta, where she has been since February.

The National Honor Society members are holding a sort of Walk-a-thon tonight on the Clarke Central track, from 6pm to 10pm. The suggested donation for getting on the track is $5. But there will likely be participants who have sponsors ready to donate for every lap or mile they log. Besides exercise, you can enjoy the music played by free different bands. You can stop for a bite and then walk more, then stop and buy a t-shirt and a wrist band to support Grace and her family.
