Athens Police Investigating Shooting That Injured Man
The severity of the man's injuries Sunday are unknown.
ATHENS, GA — Police are investigating after a man arrived at a hospital with gunshot wounds Sunday morning, according to the Athens-Clarke County Police Department.
The 20-year-old man's wounds were not life threatening, police said.
Gunshots were heard around 1:15 a.m. in the area of Clayton and Jackson streets. Authorities said they believe the gunshots were related to the man's injuries.
