Behind the Curtain at Daily Groceries in Athens

In the refrigerator at Daily Groceries, you can find all sorts of delicious foods, made by the preparers in the small work area in the back of the store.

Workers assemble salads, spreads and sandwiches, package them and sell them in the store. You can find faux turkey, eggless egg salad and the original sammy sandwich. And salads, some large enough for a church picnic.
