Copper is the AAHS Adoptable Dog of the Week!

Copper was turned into animal control because his owner didn’t have time for him. This little guy loves to play and just enjoy life. Copper is 8 months old and weighs about 30 pounds. He shouldn’t get any bigger. He knows how to sit and walks great on a leash, most of the time. Copper gets along well with other dogs and cats. He would be enjoy living with an active family. He is currently with a foster parent who is teaching him to have great manners, and Copper is responding perfectly.

Copper's Canine-ality is Busy Bee: I’m a naturally playful, curious, and trusting canine. Take me for a big walk every day; give me something to do. After my job’s done, I’ll curl up in front of the fire with you in the evenings. (Externally motivated)
