"Victim of dog attack healing", "Alleged gangsters attack Athens teen"-dogs & baseball bats in the hands of bad people are potentially lethal weapons. In the case of the dog attack the A B-H reports "We are reviewing this dog attack to see if there are any elements of any type of crime," and "a similar attack involving the same dogs occurred in August 2012" according to police. In the case of the attack with bats, the investigation involves 2 of a number of gang members having been recognized by the victim! What the _ is going on? Elements of any type of crime?-Have any known gang members been arrested? I obviously just don't get it!
