Rocky is the AAHS Adoptable Dog of the Week!

Rocky's owner had to move and couldn't take him along. Rocky is around 2 years old and 57 pounds. He is good with other dogs and with people of all ages. Rocky's foster mom is teaching him basic commands and he is learning them like a champ! He likes to play, run and be outside, but he also has no problem curling up for a good nap. Rocky would make a great addition to any family--he has such a great personality!

Rocky is learning to not jump on the furniture, prefers to play with toys outside, crates well, is working on walking on a leash without pulling, and is good with cats (he will chase them but backs off with a quick smack from the kitty).

Rocky's Canine-ality is Busy Bee: I'm a naturally playful, curious, and trusting canine. Take me for a big walk every day; give me something to do. After my job's done, I'll curl up in front of the fire with you in the evenings. (Externally motivated)
