BANQUET MANAGER

Classic City Chef in Winterville is looking for a Banquet Manager. There is room for growth and advancement with this company for the right candidate.

Primary responsibilities:
Oversee staff assignments, overall management and execution of catered events.
Train and coach service staff to ensure complete client satisfaction

Qualifications:
Minimum three years food and beverage event management.
Excellent interpersonal and organization skills a must.
Must have valid drivers license and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be self-starter, with attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills.
Must be willing to work a flexible hours and travel to surrounding Athens area.

LEAD COOK

Classic City Chef is also looking for a lead cook. Must have 3 years experience, be able to work both on and off premises and possess a valid driver's license. Some nights/weekends required.
