The November meeting of the Athens Chapter of AARP (American Association of Retired Persons) will focus on dementia. Sharon Conley of the Arbor Terrace Assistant Living and Memory Care for Seniors in Athens will discuss dementia and answer questions about how to detect it, treatment options, causes and other topics relating to the condition. Non-AARP members are welcome at the meeting.
