Ah, the Back...Whether sitting, standing, reaching, or carrying something, most Americans, at some point in life, have some sort of back issue. Whether you’re experiencing back pain or stiffness, this four-week session uses gentle, easy movements to improve flexibility and reduce/eliminate pain. A more supple, flexible spine enhances all your favorite activities from gardening to tennis.  Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring comfy socks and a towel.
