The Athens-Clarke County Planning Commission meeting initially scheduled for December 1 at 7 p.m. has been rescheduled for December 8 at 7 p.m. due to the Downtown Parade of Lights.
The commission is a ten-member body composed of ACC residents appointed by the Mayor and Commission for five-year terms. The Planning Commission meets regularly on the first Thursday of each month to deliberate and make recommendations to the Mayor and Commission regarding the Planning and Zoning code, Comprehensive Plan and other planning and development-related matters.
