Athens Short Sale Mastermind - How to complete a short sale from start to finish!

This class is for real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, homeowners, and anyone else that has questions about short sales. 

A "short sale", as it's referred to in the real estate market is when a homeowner's lender agrees to take a payoff of less than what is owed on the home. 

Did you know:

1. A homeowner does not have to be late on a payment for a short sale to be approved. 

2. A homeowner can be fully released of their obligation for the remainder of their mortgage balance. 

3. A homeowner can get PAID at closing up to $3,000 for moving expenses when they chose a short sale over a foreclosure.
