Avid Bookshop is pleased to announce a very special Poetry Month celebration on Wednesday, April 18, 2012, from 7pm to 8pm. This event will feature awe-inspiring dramatic readings from the brand-new humor book The Anthology of Really Important Modern Poetry: Timeless Poems by Snooki, John Boehner, Kanye West, and Other Well-Versed Celebrities. Local Athens Celebrities participating include Michael Christopher Ford, Christopher Hassiotis, Lily Brown, Jeff Fallis, Ida Stewart, Darin Beasley, and John Stovall.
This is going to be a fun, casual, and somewhat silly event. We encourage you to invite your friends. Please note that this is NOT a G-rated evening!
