When you purchase wine, is it like buying a “pig in the poke”? Maybe the more you spend the better it will be! What if you could make your own wine that is consistently good, has your own label, and costs about $3-$4 a bottle; perhaps equivalent to a commercial wine that sells in the $10-$15 range? This class will be a show and tell on making wine at home using wine kits. With wine kits you can make cabs, merlots, chardonnays, grigios, ports, etc. from grape concentrates produced around the world.
This class is $5 for CAL members. Pre-registration is required. Call (706) 549-4850 to sign up for the class and to sign up for CAL (Center for Active Learning). CAL requires a $25 annual membership fee.
